Macon City Auditorium - Macon, Georgia

Skyline completed repairs of the copper dome on the top of the Macon City Auditorium and installed a KEE roof membrane over a poured-in-place, lightweight, insulated concrete deck. Skyline Construction Services Inc. was awarded the 2020 FiberTite Project of the Year for their work on this project. You can read an article by the manufacturer using this link. Historic Putnam County Courthouse - Eatonton, Georgia

Skyline Construction Services performed a complete restoration of the Putnam County Courthouse. The process included fabricating sheet metal components on the clocktower. Pictured below is the conventional framed scaffolding, as well as the fluted columns and keyways that were custom fabricated in our sheet metal shop.

Ramsey Student Center at the University of Georgia - Athens, Georgia

Skyline Construction Services replaced seven skylights on the Ramsey Student Center in the heart of Athens, Georgia. Pictured is the largest of the seven skylights; it lies above basketball courts to accommodate visitors.

Old Capitol Building - Milledgeville, Georgia

The job at the Old Capitol Building consisted of reroofing the entire building. In addition to completing the roof, repairs were made to the parapet walls, as seen below.

Powell Hall - Located on Central State Hospital Grounds - Milledgeville, Georgia

Skyline Construction repaired the structure of the main dome and completely covered it with custom-fabricated architectural copper. The surrounding flat roofs were reroofed with modified bitumen. The photos below show the before and after the copper was applied.

Montgomery County Courthouse - Mt Vernon, Georgia

Montgomery County Courthouse was a project in which we reproduced all sheet metal with custom-made copper panels and applied them to the clock tower dome pictured below. Modified Bitumen was also applied to all flat roofs surrounding the dome.

John Milledge Academy - Milledgeville, Georgia

Skyline Construction completely reroofed the high school building at John Milledge Academy. The project involved applying a TPO membrane over a pre-manufactured metal roof system.

Historic Ebenezer Baptist Church - Eatonton, Georgia

The historic Ebenezer Baptist Church allowed us to bring their church back to life. The project tasked Skyline with re-roofing the building, repairing the extensive facade, and painting the exterior.

Historic Fayette County Courthouse - Fayetteville, Georgia

The courthouse, built in 1825, allowed us to work on yet another building named to the National Register of Historic Places. Work included restoring all slate roofing, custom copper fabrication, and clock-tower facing. Below is a photo taken when it was initially constructed, alongside photos after restoration.

Historic Masonic Hall - Milledgeville, Georgia

This project consisted of restoring all overhangs and entry windows on the brick facade of the building that opened in 1834. Skyline also applied a galvalume standing seam metal roof system accented with an internal copper gutter system. Below is a photo showing the facade's restoration side by side.
